“Growth isn’t easy, but Do it anyway.”

Welcome — if you made it here from my Instagram, you’re in the right place. I’m Zeta the Babe. I grew up in a town where fitting in wasn’t an option, so I learned early that discipline and resilience were the only way forward. Sobriety, fitness, and music became my tools — not to look good on paper, but to build a life that actually feels good to live. This page is where I share the raw work: stories, tools, and the daily habits that keep me moving.

DISCIPLINE.

KNOWLEDGE.

ACTION.

“I believe anybody can achieve anything with the power of self-discipline, knowledge, and taking action on that knowledge.”

Discipline = Freedom

“I became a trainer and nutrition coach to keep myself accountable. Fitness isn’t about looks — it’s about proving to yourself that consistency works.”

This page exists to share the real work behind my journey. If you came here from Instagram, this is where the captions go deeper: raw stories, tools, and reminders that you’re capable of more than you think — as long as you’re willing to get uncomfortable and do the work. My mantra is simple: I believe anybody can achieve anything with the power of self-discipline, knowledge, and taking action on that knowledge. Here’s what that means to me:

Discipline. I built mine through fitness. I became a trainer and nutrition coach not for the title, but to hold myself accountable. Lifting, sweating, showing up day after day taught me that self-discipline is the foundation of freedom. If you can train your body to do hard things, you can train your mind to push past excuses and build the life you want.

Knowledge. For me, this came through vulnerability and self-awareness. Growth starts when you get honest about where you’re falling short and educate yourself on how to do better. It means facing uncomfortable truths, stripping away the mask, and leaning into personal development instead of running from it. Knowledge gives you clarity — and clarity makes you powerful.

Action. That’s where music comes in. For me, picking up the saxophone, writing songs, and stepping on stage is how I take action on everything I’ve learned. It’s not just about art — it’s about movement. Action is what transforms discipline and knowledge into something real, something that touches lives and creates happiness.

That’s my story: I used fitness to build discipline, I got vulnerable and educated myself to gain knowledge, and I take action every day by pursuing music and chasing my dreams. All of it points to the same goal — living a better quality of life and choosing happiness on purpose. And if I can do it, so can you.
